Privacy & procurement
No student PII from curriculum use. DPA-ready.
Curriculum use collects no student personal information; the one exception is an optional week-1 log a grades 9–12 student may send. We will sign your division’s Data Privacy Agreement and are prepared to execute the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA), typically within five business days.
