Prior briefs’ artifacts welcome. Hearing or docket context (real or mock) teacher-defined. Comment template with citation and uncertainty requirements. Public docs only.

Emotional speech with no citations. Certainty language where data are thin. Comment too long for a hearing record. Trespass anecdotes as evidence.

Comment ≤3 pages (or teacher word limit); citation list; uncertainty callouts inline; ask (what the body should do); oral 2-minute version.
